Direct Primary Care (DPC) is healthcare simplified. Instead of dealing with insurance for every visit, you pay a monthly membership fee that covers your primary care services. This model allows us to spend more time with you, offer flexible appointments, and provide direct access to your doctor - all in a calm, unhurried environment.

Dr. Pham does not currently see patients in person on the weekend; if there is an emergency, please call 911. For non-urgent matters, please message or email us to either schedule a virtual visit or we will schedule an in-person appointment for the following business day.

He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, and he is a member of the North American Menopause Society.

Yes. While we provide comprehensive primary care, we recommend maintaining health insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, and specialist care outside our scope.

Starting is simple:

1. Schedule a FREE meet-and-greet

2. Pay the one-time enrollment fee ($149)

3. Begin your monthly membership ($149)

We require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. If you decide to rejoin later, you'll need to pay the enrollment fee again, subject to practice availability.

Dr. Pham is board-certified in Internal Medicine, so he currently provides Primary Care services for patients aged 18 and older.

However, as we continue to expand our practice, we plan to add a Family Physician to accommodate younger patients. In the meantime, feel free to join our waiting list, and we will notify you once we are able to offer services for children.
